If you believe that information which is included in the Register is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, you may submit a request to delete, complete or revise the information.

To submit a request for correction of information , please login the Personal Area and choose the correction of information process from the menu.

At the moment this process is supported in Hebrew only.

Make a Complaint

You can file a complaint in any matter regarding the Credit Data Register, a Credit Bureau, a Business Information Bureau, an Information Source, a Credit Data User or a  Paid Authorized Representative.

To file a complaint, please login the Personal Area and choose the complaint process from the  menu.
